1. When can I expect my monthly delivery to arrive?

You should receive your order within 3-6 business days from the shipping date.  All our subscription coffee is roasted and shipped on the second Wednesday of each month.

2. Will I get a tracking number for my subscription?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code once the order has been shipped.

3. Will the multiple bags delivered each month be the same coffee or different varieties?

You will receive different varieties of coffee as selected by our master roaster.

4. Can I subscribe to a specific coffee variety instead of the master roaster’s selection?

Due to the seasonality of some coffees, we currently only have our master roaster’s selection available. However, if you would like to know if a subscription for a specific coffee is possible, please ask us -  service@rocanini.com.

5. I’ve moved. How can I change the address for my subscription?

Send us an email (service@rocanini.com) to let us know and we will update your information..

6. Can I purchase the coffee subscription as a gift?

Yes, coffee subscriptions are wonderful gifts. Leave us a note when you checkout by clicking on the “Click to add message” link that appears below the products during checkout. Indicate the month you’d like the subscription to start and a message you’d like to have written on a card delivered with the first shipment.  View our coffee subscriptions.

7. Can you pause my subscription while I am away on holiday?

Yes, please send us an email (service@rocanini.com) at least 5 business days before our shipping date (the first Tuesday of the month) and we will pause your subscription.
