Welcome our first Farm Direct Trade coffee from Giovanni De Paz, 4th generation coffee grower and producer in Guatemala.
Grower to Consumer: Since 1890 when their great-grandfather planted the first "cafetos" (coffee trees) until today their guiding principle remains the same: make each harvest better than the last.
For four generations this philosophy and the intrinsic relationship they share with Mother Nature have helped them create a coffee with the blessing of natural rainforest shade, microclimates, high altitude and pure passion!!
As a proof of their commitment they won first place on recent roasted coffee auction at Coffee Trade Antigua, Guatemala 2019 https://www.apolocafeolopa.com/sitio/
