- How do I place my order online?

Please follow the steps below (Your credit card will not be charged until the end of Step 7):
- Click the "SHOP" menu button on the left near the top of the page just under the logo
- Click on a product you would like to purchase
- Click on the orange "Add to Cart" button
- You will see a small window stating "Item added to cart! View cart and checkout" you can click that or the orange "Checkout" button on the top right of every page
- You will arrive on your shopping cart page.
If you are happy with the product quantity you can click the "Proceed to checkout" button.
- Enter your Contact and Billing Information
• Your Contact Email Address
• Your Full Billing Address
• Your Shipping Address if different from your billing address
Then click to "Continue to next step"
- Select the Shipping Method and enter your Credit Card Number
• Select the Shipping Method from the drop down
• Enter your Credit Card Information or you may select to pay via PayPal
Then click "Complete my purchase"
*Your credit card will be charged after clicking the "Complete my purchase" button.
*If you select to pay via PayPal, after clicking "Complete my purchase" you will be taken to the PayPal website to enter your credit card information. See the "Can I choose to pay via PayPal?" answer below.
- You will arrive on the Order Confirmation Screen and will receive a confirmation email from Rocanini Coffee Roasters. If you do not arrive on the order confirmation screen then your order most likely did not go through.
- Enter your credit card details and billing address (or login to PayPal if you have a PayPal account) and click "Review and Continue"
- Review the payment information you entered to ensure it is correct and click the "Continue" button.
You will be transferred back to the Rocanini Online Shop on Shopify
- You will arrive on the Order Confirmation Screen and will receive a confirmation email from both PayPal and Rocanini Coffee Roasters. If you do not arrive on the order confirmation screen then your order most likely did not go through.

To change the quantity of an item, just enter the desired quantity in the quantity text box and click "Update quantities".
To remove an item from the shopping card, click on the "Remove" button on the far right of the item line.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards which are process through the PayPal system.
