1. How do I contact Customer Service?

Customer Service can be reached by email at service@rocanini.com or by phone +1-604-566-9266.

Customer Service hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Pacific Time and we will respond to any inquiries within 1 business day.  Please note that customer service is closed on Canadian holidays.

2. Do you sell beans at the cafes?

Yes, we do. On top of the cafe fare, we sell freshly roasted coffee beans, tea and coffee brewing equipment.

4. How did Rocanini start?

With multiple years of experience in coffee retail and a true passion for coffee, an enthusiastic young group came together to open a coffee-roasting operation. We wanted to explore the essence of the coffee bean, the correct way to roast beans for their highest potential, and to serve and satisfy those with even the most particular taste buds.
