1. How do I place my order online?

Placing an order is very simple on Rocanini.com. 
Please follow the steps below (Your credit card will not be charged until the end of Step 7):
  1. Click the "SHOP" menu button on the left near the top of the page just under the logo
  2. Click on a product you would like to purchase
  3. Click on the orange "Add to Cart" button
  4. You will see a small window stating "Item added to cart! View cart and checkout" you can click that or the orange "Checkout" button on the top right of every page
  5. You will arrive on your shopping cart page.  
    If you are happy with the product quantity you can click the "Proceed to checkout" button.
  6. Enter your Contact and Billing Information
    • Your Contact Email Address
    • Your Full Billing Address
    • Your Shipping Address if different from your billing address
    Then click to "Continue to next step"
  7. Select the Shipping Method and enter your Credit Card Number
    • Select the Shipping Method from the drop down
    • Enter your Credit Card Information or you may select to pay via PayPal
    Then click "Complete my purchase"

    *Your credit card will be charged after clicking the "Complete my purchase" button.

    *If you select to pay via PayPal, after clicking "Complete my purchase" you will be taken to the PayPal website to enter your credit card information. See the "Can I choose to pay via PayPal?" answer below.

  8. You will arrive on the Order Confirmation Screen and will receive a confirmation email from Rocanini Coffee Roasters.  If you do not arrive on the order confirmation screen then your order most likely did not go through.

    *If you are a wholesale partner, be sure to login to your wholesale account before adding items to your shopping cart.

2.  What credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, and Discover cards.
Yes, by all means!! We love to meet our customers face-to-face and talk coffee!

4. Do you accept international orders?

We currently only ship within Canada but if you are interested in purchasing our product and reside outside of Canada please contact us directly at service@rocanini.com

5. How do I make changes to items in my shopping cart?

Once an item has been added to your cart it will be represented in the top right of your browser screen.  If there are no items, the top right text will show "0 items".  If the top right text shows "1 item", then click on the "1 item" text and you will be taken to the cart page.
To change the quantity of an item, just enter the desired quantity in the quantity text box and click "Update quantities".
To remove an item from the shopping card, click on the "Remove" button on the far right of the item line.

6. How do I pay for an order?

Payment is completed online using a credit card.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards which are process through the PayPal system.

7. Do you store my credit card information on your server?

No, we do not store your credit card information on your server.  The credit card information is processed through the secure PayPal system and not directly on our website.

8. What currency is used on the site?

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars.

10. Will I be charged tax on the coffee beans?

No, coffee beans are exempt from tax. However, tax is charged on top of shipping fees.
