1. How much is shipping?
Shipping is variable depending on how many products you have purchased and which shipping option you choose. Rates start at C$6.98 + tax.
2. When are coffee orders shipped?
Coffee orders are shipped on Wednesdays. All coffee orders placed between Wednesday to Sunday will be shipped the following Wednesday.
You can view an estimated shipping charge in your shopping cart by entering your Province and postal code in the Shipping Fee Estimator at the bottom of the shopping cart. This rate is an estimate. The actual rate will be shown during the check-out process using your actual shipping address.
Shipping related charges will be included in your order at checkout and can be viewed prior to confirming your order (i.e. your credit card will not be charged until you have selected and approved the shipping fee).

3. How can I get a shipping cost estimated based on my planned order?
Go to your Shopping Cart (click on the "Checkout" button on the top right of your browser screen). At the bottom of the Shopping Cart is a "Get Shipping Estimates
- Choose your province
- Enter your postal code
- Click on the "Calculate Shipping" button
The rate displayed will be an estimate. The final shipping price will be determine once the checkout process has been completed.
5. Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within Canada but if you are interested in purchasing our product and reside outside of Canada please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
6. When will my order arrive?
We ship fresh roasted coffee Monday to Friday. We ship all orders received before 12:00 pm on the following business day. Orders received after 12:00 pm are shipped within two business days. Depending on the shipping option you choose with Canada Post you should receive your order within 3-4 business days from the shipping date.
7. What is your Return Policy?
Rocanini Coffee Roasters endeavours to provide top-quality products and service. Returns will only be accepted in circumstance where the coffee packaging arrives broken or damaged. However, if you have any issues with our products we would like to hear from you at email@example.com and we will do our best to resolve your issues and make you into satisfied Rocanini Coffee Roaster customer.
