At Rocanini Coffees Roasters we know fresh coffee tastes the best so we aim to ship all orders for in-stock and available products within 1 business day. Orders received before 12:00 pm will be roasted and shipped the following business day.

1. How much is shipping?

We charge flat shipping rate at C$8 + tax for the order below $40.

2. When are coffee orders shipped?

Coffee orders are shipped on Wednesdays. All coffee orders placed between Wednesday to Sunday will be shipped the following Wednesday.

Shipping related charges will be included in your order at checkout and can be viewed prior to confirming your order (i.e. your credit card will not be charged until you have selected and approved the shipping fee).

3. What shipping carrier is used?

We currently ship all products via Canpar Express.  You can review the shipping standards information for Canpar Express here: https://www.canpar.ca/en/about/about_canpar.jsp

4. Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally. You can view an estimated shipping charge in your shopping cart by entering your city and country in the Shipping Fee at the bottom of the shopping cart. The actual rate will be shown during the check-out process using your actual shipping address.

5. When will my order arrive?

We ship fresh roasted coffee every Wednesday.  You should receive your order within 2-7 business days from the shipping date depends on the region of the destination.

6. What is your Return Policy?

Rocanini Coffee Roasters endeavours to provide top-quality products and service. Returns will only be accepted in circumstance where the coffee packaging arrives broken or damaged. However, if you have any issues with our products we would like to hear from you at service@rocanini.com and we will do our best to resolve your issues and make you into satisfied Rocanini Coffee Roaster customer.
